Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Orbin, provided by Oryid Labs Pvt Ltd, DLF Cybercity, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. By creating a workspace, signing in or submitting an application, you agree to them.
What Orbin is
Orbin is a multi-tenant platform for publishing opportunities, collecting submissions, evaluating them with AI assistance and moving them through a workflow. Each workspace holds its own data and is visible only to its members.
Accounts
- Give accurate details when you register, and keep them current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
- Tell us promptly at connect@oryid.com if you believe an account has been misused.
- A workspace owner controls who may join their workspace and what role they hold.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Publish unlawful, discriminatory or misleading opportunities
- Upload malware, or content you have no right to share
- Attempt to reach another workspace’s data, or to disrupt the service
- Scrape or bulk-extract submissions, or use them for anything other than assessing them
We may suspend a workspace or account that breaches these terms.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, display and process it in order to run the service, including producing the assessments described below. Workspace owners are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the submissions they receive, and for how they use them.
AI-assisted assessments
Orbin produces a match score and a structured assessment for submissions. These are decision support and nothing more. They may be incomplete or wrong, they are not a judgement of any person, and Orbin never advances, rejects or ranks anyone automatically. A person in the workspace makes every decision, and is responsible for it. You agree not to present an Orbin assessment as the sole basis for a decision about someone.
Availability
Orbin is provided as-is, without a service level commitment. We may change, add or withdraw features, and we aim to give notice before removing anything you depend on. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of Orbin. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
