About the role
This role leads technical delivery for distributed enterprise systems and cloud-native solutions. It focuses on coordinating engineering execution, keeping delivery aligned to plan, and supporting effective communication between technical teams and client stakeholders.
The position also works closely with development teams on workflow management, code quality, and delivery tracking across modern engineering environments.
What you'll do
- Lead technical project delivery for distributed enterprise systems and cloud-native implementations.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies across engineering workstreams.
- Coordinate development workflows and support teams using Git and Maven-based processes.
- Monitor code quality and delivery health throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bridge communication between engineering teams and client stakeholders.
- Support agile delivery practices and project reporting.
What we're looking for
- 12–18 years of experience in technical project management or technical delivery leadership.
- Experience with distributed enterprise systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of engineering delivery processes and agile project tracking.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, and code quality oversight.
- Ability to work with engineering teams and client stakeholders across delivery activities.
- Based in Bengaluru and available for a face-to-face final interview.
