Senior WordPress Developer

About the role

This role builds and scales WordPress platforms that support marketing and franchise recruitment experiences across multiple regions. The work focuses on high-traffic corporate properties, campaign microsites, and multi-site architectures rather than basic content sites.

You’ll work on custom development that helps marketing teams launch pages quickly, while keeping performance, security, and integrations aligned to enterprise needs.

What you'll do

• Build lightweight custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SASS.
• Develop Gutenberg custom blocks and ACF-based components for reusable page creation.
• Manage and extend WordPress multisite setups for international brands and regional deployments.
• Integrate web forms and data flows with enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Support site security and performance, including DDoS and SQL injection protections and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Work with hosting, version control, and deployment workflows in cloud-based enterprise environments.

What we're looking for

• Immediate joiner would be preferred.
• 3–6+ years of WordPress development experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/CSS3.
• Experience with custom themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and ACF.
• Familiarity with high-scale hosting environments such as AWS, WP Engine, or WP VIP.
• Working knowledge of Git-based workflows.
• Clear English communication and the ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers and client technical teams.
