Job description
About the role
We are hiring a Senior .NET Developer to work on modernizing a legacy application into a more modern architecture. The role involves hands-on development across the .NET stack, with a focus on building maintainable services and improving the overall application design.
This position is based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru and follows a hybrid working model.
What you'll do
- Work on legacy application modernization using modern architecture principles
- Develop and maintain solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core
- Build and support REST APIs and Windows Services as part of the application landscape
- Contribute to microservices-based design and implementation where applicable
- Apply clean code practices and domain-driven design in day-to-day development
- Work with JavaScript and jQuery where needed in the application
What we're looking for
- 7 to 12 years of experience in .NET development
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and Windows Services
- Exposure to legacy application modernization and modern architecture principles
- Working knowledge of microservices, clean code, and DDD
- Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
