Full Stack Software Engineer – GenAI Lab

Experience: 3–5 Years Location Preference: Bhubaneswar → Ahmedabad → Bengaluru → Remote

We are hiring on behalf of our client who is building a GenAI Lab to develop next-generation AI applications and Agentic AI solutions.

We are looking for few Full Stack Software Engineers with strong engineering fundamentals who can take ownership, work independently, and drive solutions from idea to production.

This role is ideal for a self-starter and problem solver. Strong communication, technical fundamentals, and the ability to make sound engineering decisions will be key selection criteria.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI Agent and GenAI applications using Python, React and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable backend APIs, services, integrations, and modern user interfaces.
• Build and integrate AI Agents for enterprise use cases.
• Own features end-to-end — design, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product, AI, design, and engineering teams.
• Participate in technical design discussions and conduct code reviews.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, automated testing, and engineering practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, React and TypeScript.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, APIs, databases, application design, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and services such as Lambda, S3, ECS and Load Balancers.
• Strong commitment to unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• GenAI / LLM application development experience.
• LangChain, LangGraph, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
• Experience building AI Agents or Agentic AI platforms.
• RAG and vector search concepts.
• OAuth2 / OIDC.
• CI/CD and Agile/Scrum experience.

We're looking for engineers who understand why things work, can solve unfamiliar problems, communicate clearly, and take ownership — not just someone familiar with the latest AI libraries.

Working Locations

As we are building a core team, our preference is primarily for Work from Office (WFO). Location preference, in order, is Bhubaneswar → Ahmedabad → Remote.
