Job description
About the role
This role focuses on testing ETL and data warehouse solutions, with an emphasis on data validation and query-based verification. You’ll help ensure data is accurate and reliable across warehouse processes.
What you'll do
- Test ETL workflows and data warehouse outputs for correctness.
- Write and run SQL queries to validate data transformations and results.
- Use Unix/Linux commands to support test execution and data checks.
- Compare source and target data to identify mismatches or defects.
- Document test results and raise issues found during validation.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 6 years of experience in ETL testing or data warehouse testing.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Proficient with Unix/Linux commands.
- Experience validating data movement, transformation, or reporting outputs.
- Ability to identify and document data quality issues clearly.
Qualification: B.Tech / MCA
